Sometimes you must wonder why it’s so hard to find time to run and it’s normal to get caught up in different chores/engagements. I’m sure you’re like me and trying to exercise every day, but I’ve noticed that it’s really hard for me to find time in my day to run. Running is great for staying in shape and keeping your weight in check, but it can be difficult to schedule a time when you can actually make progress on your run.

The problem is, if you schedule time in your schedule, there are a few problems with this strategy. The first is that if you schedule it for early in the morning, you’ll have to get up much earlier than you’re used to. This can be difficult to do when you’re not used to it. And even when you are used to getting up early, sometimes things happen that change your plans – like an important phone call or an appointment that requires more of your attention.
Another option is to work out during your lunch break. The problem with this strategy is that you don’t have much time left in your lunch break to eat lunch, so you’ll end up eating whatever sandwich/sandwich or whatever food your workplace serves during lunch. And then you’ll end up having to occasionally get back into the office after lunch to get your stuff, which can be stressful.
The third option is the most common, and it’s scheduling running time in the evening. If you schedule running time at night, it could make it difficult for you to go out on dates/parties/hangouts – especially if there are other people who like to go out at night (like I do). It will also interfere with your ability to work on other side projects.
The fourth option is just taking a walk after work. Although this is a good option, I feel that the added time it takes to get from work to home can cause you to lose a lot of time.
The fifth option would be to take a run solo in the evening when there are no distractions around. This is a good option for people who live alone or prefer going at night when there are no distractions. I feel that this is one of the best options since you have more freedom in your day and don’t have to worry about anybody bothering you when you’re running.

If you want to jump-start your running schedule, try going on a 5K run and see if your friends can join in.
